CNIRPP, Beach and Museum

Do you know CNIRPP?
Those are the only French words ending with -age, that are feminin: La cage, la nage, l'image, la page y la plage... The school has got me again after more than 30 years - because today I was at: La plage de Paris  - well, actually now they are called les plages (the beaches) , but then you don't see that it is feminin...

And that me, who gets bored on the beach after half an hour :-)
Well, I only stayed half an hour, but during that time it was nice: watching people, watching ships, watching the sun play between the leaves....

... until I got too warm and decided to go to a museum. During the boat trip they told us, that to see all of the Louvre, you'll have to walk a half marathon ... so I opted for a smaller place.
Not quite correct though, since I stayed four hours - until they closed and threw us out - and still haven't seen everything!
It was the Musee d'Orsay, a museum in a former railway station and dedicated to the XIX th century - impressionism, symbolism, pointillism, art nouveau....

In most halls it was not allowed to take photos, but they were all there, Cezanne, Renoir, Monet, Manet, Van Gogh, Gaugin, Sisley, Pisarro, Degas etc. etc. Here you can search for works by artist's name...
